We now have two new Kenko Extension Tubes one for Nikon AF lenses and the other Canon EF & EFs lenses which are there for you to use on the courses.
They are a great for helping you get in close to subjects, creating minimal depth of field with out having to spend a minimum £300 plus on a macro lens. If you do love macro photography then after using these you may find it is worth spending £680 on an f2.8 100mm macro! For now I think these extension tubes for only £90 are perfectly adequate.
This is image was created on an iPhone4. The extension tubes were placed on white paper and lit with only window light. Edited on the iPhone4 using Photoshop Express, a black white was created then a slight tint of yellowy orange was added with a bit of contrast, then finally a crop and frame. Not bad for a phone! Right now to sell the 5D and lenses nothing else needed.
