ReplyDeleteTried it out when choosing my new holiday camera, (Got the Lumix GF1 instead) the only good thing about it was the price. Menu lacked imagination and was wired to view. It only has a 3m waterproof depth, which is poor compared to the other that are in the same class that have 10m waterproof depth.
ReplyDeleteHowever if you buy it because of the price and the colour range, i'm sure you will get used to the menu system, but you just can't do any 10m scuba diving with it so you will have to stick to shallow snookering instead with the small fishes ;-)
(The reason why I got the GF1 instead was because I would use my camera more on dry land than in the water over a period of time. It would be a better investment, as I can always rent an underwater camera diving 10m or buy a disposable one for 3m.)
